IN THE MICROWAVE: PIERCE THE FILM 2-3 TIMES WITH A FORK.PLACE THE TRAY IN THE OVEN FOR 3΄ΑΤ 800 WATT.REMOVE THE CONTAINER ,OPEN THE FILM TILL THE MIDDLE OF THE PACKAGE,MIX THE FOOD WELL,COVER AGAIN AND CONTINUE FOR 1΄.CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CONTAINER ,REMOVE THE FILM,AND ENJOY! IN THE OVEN: PREHEAT TO 200°C ON AIR.PIERCE THE FILM 2-3 TIMES WITH A FORK.LOWER TO 180°C AND HEAT THE FOOD FOR 15-17΄ DEPENDING ON THE OWEN.CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CONTAINER, REMOVE THE FILM, AND ENJOY!
