Boiled liguini from hard wheat flour 58%, chopped tomato (acidity regulator :citric acid) 15%, mussel meat(molluscs) 10%,squid (molluscs) 7% , peeled shrimps (crustaceans) 5% ,extra virgin olive oil 3%, white wine(contains sulfites), garlic ,parsley, salt ,pepper.

May contain traces of shrimp shell, mussel shell and byssus, eggs, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard

IN THE MICROWAVE: PIERCE THE FILM 2-3 TIMES WITH A FORK.PLACE THE TRAY IN THE OVEN FOR 3΄ΑΤ 800 WATT.REMOVE THE CONTAINER ,OPEN THE FILM TILL THE MIDDLE OF THE PACKAGE,MIX THE FOOD WELL,COVER AGAIN AND CONTINUE FOR 1΄.CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CONTAINER ,REMOVE THE FILM,AND ENJOY! SEE ALSO THE MANUFACTURE’S INSTRUCTIONS.

IN THE OVEN: PREHEAT TO 200°C ON AIR.PIERCE THE FILM 2-3 TIMES WITH A FORK.LOWER TO 180°C AND HEAT THE FOOD FOR 15-17΄ DEPENDING ON THE OWEN.CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CONTAINER, REMOVE THE FILM, AND ENJOY!
