Perch in the oven with potatoes
INGREDIENTS
• 2 perch filets
• 1 kg potatoes
• 300 gr olive oil
• 50 gr lemon juice
• salt
• pepper
• oregano
EXECUTION
We cut the perch in portions and then quarter the potatoes. We place the potatoes and the perch in a pan. We pour the olive oil, the lemon juice and we sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. We stir and bake in 180ο C for 40-45 minutes.
